Reposition? What does it mean Reposition your business?

Simply put if your business is an “Seller of X Product” and “X Product” is no longer selling, you need to repostion and become a “Seller of X Product”.

A simple example is to look at the dawn of the automotive age in the 1910’s. There will still 3400 wagon or carriage makers. 3400! Wtf!

In 2020 there are now only 4 carriage manufactures left in America.

In the 1900’s and going forward MOST BUGGY MAKERS decided that the end was in sight and they moved on to become something different. The became bicyle manufacturers, tractor makers, auto makers. They repositioned themselves.
